By accessing or using myCricketCoach (“App”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use the App.

Services Provided

myCricketCoach provides:

• Access to cricket coaching video content across:
  • Beginner
  • Intermediate
  • Advanced tiers
• Categories including:
  • Batting
  • Bowling
  • Fielding
  • Wicketkeeping
  • Coaching
• AI-powered video analysis where users submit videos and receive performance reports.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Payments are processed via Stripe.
• Subscription tiers provide:
  • Access to coaching content
  • A set number of AI “coins”
• Additional coins may be purchased separately.
• All fees are:
  • Listed in AUD (unless otherwise specified)
  • Non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law

AI Video Analysis

• Users may upload videos for AI-based performance analysis.
• Each analysis consumes 1 coin per video.
• The AI-generated feedback is:
  • Informational only
  • Not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice

Video Storage & Processing

• Uploaded videos are temporarily stored and automatically deleted within 5 hours.
• We retain analysis results and performance data for user access and service improvement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Upload content you do not have rights to
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App
• Interfere with system security or operations

Intellectual Property

• All content (videos, branding, AI outputs, software) is owned or licensed by myCricketCoach.
• You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for:
  • Injury resulting from training activities
  • Errors in AI analysis
  • Service interruptions
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms
• You misuse the platform

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
